The Scratch M5 PAS is the open version of Prologo’s iconic round-shaped multidisciplinary saddle. Thanks to its innovative technologies in terms of dimensions, shape, and ergonomics, it is a favorite among both professional cyclists and demanding amateurs seeking the ideal combination of comfort and high performance. With its compact dimensions (250 x 140 mm) and a super lightweight design (131 grams in the Nack version), it is a unisex saddle, perfect for road cycling, gravel, and XC/Marathon mountain biking. Anatomical Shape The T-shape provides greater freedom of movement thanks to a wider seating area. The rear-positioned anatomical center allows riders to easily shift position, using the full length of the saddle. Its round shape offers extra support to the lumbar region, helping riders maintain a stable position—especially useful for those with limited pelvic mobility. Technologies The MSS – Multi Sector System, developed in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, improves comfort and performance. The saddle features active and independent foam zones that create 5 separate sectors, working intelligently to support natural pedaling movement during both the push and pull phases. The PAS – Perineal Area System central channel is designed to eliminate pressure peaks and numbness, improving blood flow and long-ride comfort. Base and Rails The rail is available in Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber): made of carbon fiber, Kevlar, and aluminum filaments—perfect for riders seeking maximum stiffness and lightness- or in Tirox (light alloy steel): offering excellent vibration absorption and a great weight-to-strength ratio. The base is made from long carbon fiber for the Nack rail, or in injected carbon fiber for the Tirox rail. Materials offering a great balance between stiffness and comfort.
