For those who prefer a pocket clip instead of the quick release connector in the Beta QR flashlight, this is the answer. The cap snaps into place of the connector and holds the clip securely, but be aware that the clip does rotate. So the installing is very easy. The harder part is actually getting the pocket clip back off once the cap is snapped in place. The best way to do this is to loop some cord around the clip and pull it off. Use finesse, not brute force. Loop the cord around and pull on the cord at the same time you are pushing with your thumb. The clip (and cap) should pop right off. The key is that the cap must be pulled straight out of the light.
