The propellers are cast from solid metal by our U.S.-based expert jeweler. From there, our team carefully finishes, patinas, and embeds each one by hand. These glasses are handmade one at a time by our artisan glassmakers right here in Wisconsin - no mass production. We use glass kilns to heat up each piece to over 1000°F and then anneal. From start to finish, each glass takes about 7 hours to complete. Because of this handcrafted process, no two glasses are exactly the same.
