Pros-Aide No Tack is a less tacky formula designed to use when producing PAX Paints, it is not intended for use as an Adhesive. Provides great adhesion, high water resistance and e xcellent flexibility. Due to its reduced tack it is not suitable to use as an adhesive. Can also be used as a clear, waterproof, protective top coat over makeup or skin. The non toxic formula is completely water based making it gentle on the skin and unlikely to cause any irritation.
