This deliciously delicate sweet and savory meat originated in the small villages of Italy where the “abitanti del villaggio” (villager) would dry-age the highest-quality pork legs using hand rubbed salt, thorough washing and time to produce this flavorful masterpiece. The combination of salt, air and time gives prosciutto the exquisite taste known and loved around the world. We use a similar process today. Our prosciutto is made in a human grade facility where it is dry-aged, hand cut and then freeze dried to make a meaty treat full of flavor. Your dog will love the quality, smell and taste of our European-inspired treats.
