PALATE - This dry white is warm lemon in colour, with spirited acid and fabulous fizz. Juicy lemon is first to hit the deck followed by some shallow mineralogy and lofty apple. NOTES - This is a party favourite. It is delightfully fresh, aromatic and the fizz is scrumptious. VEGAN FRIENDLY - Like all of our wines, no animal products were used in the making of this wine.
