Knee Pad Sizing To ensure that your knee pads fit perfectly, we recommend using a soft measuring tape to measure the circumference of your leg above and below the knee. While your leg is stretched or extended, measure the circumference approximately 4 inches (10cm) above your knee and 4 inches (10cm) below the knee. Select the size in the table below that is closest to both measurements.
