As an exception to our one (1) year limited warranty, your ProTee VX will be repaired or replaced in the event of a ball strike on the unit. We will cover the repair or replacement of your ProTee VX for one (1) year from the original date of purchase when hitting it with a golf ball on one (1) occurence. This protection plan ONLY covers repair or replacement when the unit is actually being hit by a golfball. This protection plan DOES NOT cover any damage due to accident, improper maintenance, misuse, outdoor-use, accidental impacts, golf club impact, acts of God, abuse or negligence.
