Provence Bedside Table – Black | Online8 New Zealand Solid wood in a sleek black finish, built as a near-cube at 550 × 550 × 560mm. The square proportions set it apart from the usual rectangular bedside — and black is the finish that hides everyday marks best, which matters on a piece you reach for half-asleep. Why It Stands Apart Solid Wood Construction: Real timber rather than board with a printed finish. Square Proportions: 550 × 550mm — a generous, even top surface. Sleek Black Finish: Grounds a room and forgives everyday scuffs. Clean Contemporary Lines: Suits modern and traditional rooms alike. Also in Ash and White Specifications Colour Black Composition Solid wood Length 550mm Width 550mm Height 560mm Frequently Asked Questions Will it be the right height for my bed? At 560mm it sits on the lower side, which suits platform beds and low frames. Beside a deep mattress on a 15cm-leg base it will sit below the mattress top. How much room does it need beside the bed? 550mm square. That's deeper than most bedsides, so measure the gap between your bed and the wall — the payoff is a much larger usable surface. Is black practical day to day? It hides scuffs and marks better than the ash or white versions, though it does show dust more. A dry microfibre cloth handles that in seconds.
