This course will offer attendees hands-on, practical learning as we explore pruning a variety of tree forms, from free-standing bush or standard trees to renovating slightly neglec ted cordons and espaliers. You will learn Different pruning techniques Theory of pruning and reasons for summer pruning Maximising fruit production This course will take place at my original nursery site, just a few minutes away from my current site, where the trees are more established and better suited to pruning demonstrations. Please bring along any pruning tools you may have, as I will discuss and advise on recommended equipment and upkeep. Including a light homemade lunch. Show more
