Anzac Dwarf Peach is a compact, self-pollinating freestone peach tree that has been grafted onto a dwarfing rootstock, producing a smaller tree ideal for backyards and small gardens. Despite its reduced size, it still produces full-sized peaches, making it a convenient and rewarding fruit tree for home growers. During summer the tree produces delicious peaches with soft, furry skin that develops a red blush over the rind. The flesh is pale greenish-white, juicy, and separates easily from the stone, typical of freestone varieties. For best results, fertilise the tree when planting and again once new growth appears. Pruning at planting time helps encourage strong new growth and establishes a healthy structure for future fruiting. Soil: Well-drained and well-worked soil.
