With an intelligent mix of hydraulic and electronic engineering, the control maintains both pressure and flow no matter whether it's 1 tap turned on, or 4 taps without the need for a pressure tank as in the older traditional systems. No adjustment or maintenance is required, giving you dependable use. Installation is a breeze - plug your pump into the controller via a 3 pin plug receiver connected to the controller, and the controller into your power source via 3 pin power plug. It is sold pre-wired so you can use it for retrofitting to existing pumps. The unit will function automatically, turning the pump on when a tap is turned on. There are LED lights to indicate operational problems such as water failure, obstruction restricting flow etc. Once the problem is rectified, reinstatement is simple by simply pressing the Reset button. We recommend Controllers are used in simple applications without significant ground elevations where pressure adjustment may be required. We recommend this is installed with a Belkin Surge Protector to protect the controller. You can purchase these here. RCD's in the power board may not provide sufficient protection from brown-outs, black-outs and power surges.
