Portia & Scarlett PS22570 is a stunning full length, off the shoulder dress with slight V neckline in the bodice. The dress has embellishments (hot stones) throughout the top and straps, as well as on the waistline and edge of the high leg split. The dress features a side train on one side of the dress which can be used if the split is too high.
