Beautiful PS25131 is a beautiful fitted strapless mini dress by Portia and Scarlett. The dress has a built-in corset bodice with ruching around the waist. The dress has an angled c ut with feathers at the hem and a mini draped skirt on one side (attached). The gown is made of gorgeous lace.
