This is a replacement black palm support for the Matias Sculpted Ergonomic Wired Keyboard for PC (but you can also use it to replace the palm support on the Matias Sculpted Ergonom ic Wired Keyboard for Mac if you prefer black to silver). It is made with natural rubber covered by fabric, and you adhesively attach it to the palm support base.
