Original vintage travel poster featuring a colourful pictorial map of Wales designed by the artist and illustrator Frederick Griffin (1906-1976) highlighting the various places of interest including historical castles and notable figures, tourist attractions, hills and rivers, ships and boats at sea, towns and villages, waterfalls, sports and seaside resorts, roads and air, rail and sea routes, with insets of Pembroke and Menai Bridge on the Key, the Royal Badge of Wales and decorative coats of arms for Welsh counties above and below, a stylised sun and compass point with the title text and a Welsh dragon, flag, spinning wheel, traditional hat and harp image with music notes on the margin below.
