Flying Monkey is our balanced yet playful medium roast designed for long milk drinks. Notes of chocolate, honey, and graham cracker. Southpaw offers jabs of fruit, sugar, and spice with a floral aroma and clean finish. A light-medium roast designed for drinking as a straight shot or in short milk drinks. Details • We roast our espressos on Mondays and Tuesdays, and recommend letting them rest for at least 7 days before brewing. • Each bag is 10oz, providing plenty of volume to dial in on your machine.
