The gauge plate can be use to precise dial in and probe the location of your Puck base. With it, you can easily dial in a consistent work coordinate to ensure easy of swapping betw een flexures, pallets, or even utilizing accessories across multiple bases. In addition to locating XYZ, you can also check the squareness and flatness of the base to ensure it functions consistently. The gauge plate is available in both inches and metric with simple, well defined measurements. The inch version includes a 3/4" center bore, 3" square, and 1" Z offset. The metric version includes a 20mm center bore, 75mm square, and 25mm Z offset. Both versions come with an inspection report confirming dimensions, concentricity, roundness, and flatness.
