One of my favourite Christmas memories from my childhood is my mum feeding the Christmas pudding. She would have made it the year before, and throughout the year she would feed it a little brandy. The final reveal was always a really dark pudding absolutely LOADED in brandy. Our Christmas pudding is based on my mum's recipe, but I've dialled back the booze and upped the fruit content, resulting in a rich, moist, delicious pudding that is sure to make you feel as cosy and Christmassy as can possibly be imagined.
