A huge, cosy shawl for Autumn days. Made with DK weight wool, this enormous shawl works up quickly in as many colour combinations as you can dream up. This particular version was named after my favourite Ani Difranco album and my morning commute to the studio across a very wet farmyard. Size: Finished depth: 78cm/31in Finished wingspan: 178cm/70in Size is easily adjusted by working more or fewer repeats of the pattern. Altering the size alters the yarn required. 50g skeins (DK weight, 75% Wool, 25% Nylon, 50g/112m) in 3x Col A: Minos (202) 3x Col B: Tartarus (201) 4x Col C: Astra Planeti (203) 4x Col D: Chiron (207) 5.5mm (US I/9) hook A removable stitch marker Tension 17 sts and 16 rows in htr in the BLO to 10 cm/4 in using 5.5mm hook (or size needed to achieve tension) Difficulty Rating Easy Skills Needed Basic crochet stitches, working in rows, increasing, crossed stitches.
