Puff (Bubble) Quilt Pattern (Free) Skill level: Beginner Our puff quilt suggestion, also known as a biscuit quilt or bubble quilt, is a cosy, textured, fluffy quilt made from our individually stuffed LALIKUL 5” fabric squares that resemble little pillows.
