Beautiful complete Mattel Pulsar. He has both mission disks inside his head and a complete outfit with boots. Box colors look wonderful and there is a rip to the bottom of the box probably caused by an excited kid on Christmas morning! Only thing missing is the instruction sheet and his symbol on his shirt.
