About Horizon Pet Nutrition Horizon is a family owned maker of pet food located in Rosthern, Saskatchewan, Canada. We own our production facilities and are proud to be actively sourcing from our neighboring agricultural community. We began in 2006 and have grown a lot since our humble beginnings.
