Pulsatron Pulsafeeder Five Function Valve with De-Gas Pulsatron Pulsafeeder Five Function Bleed Valve with De-Gas assemblies are designed to be compatible with most standard PULSAtron pumps. These valves are highly recommended for handling degassing liquids such as sodium hypochlorite (chlorine). Featuring a return port on the side body, they enable the flow of chemicals back to the solution tank during de-gas, air bleed, or drain discharge modes. Key Features: Versatile Control for Degassing Liquids De-Gas Function: Bypasses gases and fluids during normal pump operation, allowing for the constant removal of gases that would otherwise air bind the pump. Air Bleed: Used during priming to manually remove air from the pump head, ensuring proper operation. Back Pressure Maintenance: Maintains consistent pump output and allows metering into atmospheric discharge for reliable performance. Anti-Siphon: Prevents siphoning through the pump when the point of injection is lower than the pump or into the suction line of another pump. Discharge Drain: Depressurizes the pump discharge line without loosening tubing or fittings, protecting the operator from chemical exposure. Ordering and Compatibility Retrofit Ready – Designed to easily connect to most PULSAtron® and CHEM-TECH pumps already in service, providing an immediate upgrade for handling degassing chemicals. Reliable and Safe Chemical Handling Choose the Pulsatron Pulsafeeder Five Function Valve with De-Gas for reliable and efficient handling of degassing liquids in your chemical metering systems.
