Pumice Pumice is a sustainable volcanic rock that enhances aeration, improves drainage and supports long-term soil structure. Washed and graded for consistent performance, it’s an ideal alternative to perlite or clay pebbles in living soils and custom blends. Available in two grades, our pumice is tailored for different stages of plant growth: the 3–8mm grade is used more heavily in final potting mixes for better aeration, while the finer 0–4mm grade is favoured in propagation mixes to support delicate root development.
