Pumpkin Bread Mix: Gluten, Yeast, Corn, Dairy, Soy, Rice, Nut (including peanuts) and GMO Free This is a deliciously spiced bread. Like all the other Breads From Anna® mixes, it ha s a very moist and smooth, non-grainy, non-crumbling texture. Many customers use this mix and the Glutnen Free Banana Bread Mix to make muffins. Add nuts, chocolate chips or dried fruit to make the bread even more hearty. It's very easy to prepare and stays fresh for days. All mixes have a two-year shelf life if stored in a cool, dry area. Breads From Anna® Pumpkin Bread Mix Ingredients: Crystallized honey, tapioca flour, arrowroot, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, potato starch, millet, Montina®, maple sugar, cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, xanthan gum, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Please note to those with a corn allergy that the company that supplies our xanthan gum has confirmed with us it is corn free.
