Gwendolyn's homemade pumpkin cheesecake is made with graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Then filled with pumpkin purée, holiday spices, cream cheese, and a touch of B randy. Baked slowly for four hours then when cooled it is topped with our homemade marshmallow sour cream topping and freshly ground nutmeg. A great holiday cheesecake with a light pumpkin flavor. Show more
