This excellent combination of pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves and subtle hints of ginger create the perfect low-calorie dessert in a cup. Ingredients: pumpkin cubes, apple and cinnamon p ieces, cinnamon rods, ginger cubes (sugar, ginger, acidifying agent: citric acid), turmeric roots, cloves, whole cardamom, pink peppercorns.
