This pumpkin spice mule has a wonderful mix of seasonal flavors with pumpkin puree and Fiery Ginger Syrup. The addition of club soda makes it refreshing and tall, so you can sip on this pumpkin well into the night! You don't have to use a pumpkin mug, but it's a lot more fun if you do! Ingredients: ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup 1 ½ oz vodka 3 heaping barspoons of unsweetened pumpkin puree ½ oz fresh lemon juice 2 dashes bitter 3-4 oz club soda Instructions: Add everything except the club soda to a cocktail shaker Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds Strain into a hollowed out pumpkin Top with club soda Show more
