When your puppy grows out of their harness, contact us within 9 months of purchase and we will send a new, bigger harness! How it works: Purchase your harness alongside the Puppy Plan Save your confirmation email When your pup has outgrown their harness, email us at [email protected] with your name, address and order number, and let us know which design and size you require We will send you the new harness and cover the cost of postage if you are a UK resident. If you live outside of the UK, you will be required to cover the cost of the new postage. Please note If you don't need to use your plan, or it has been over 9 months from your purchase, send us an email at [email protected] with your order details (name, address, order number) and we will provide you with £10 gift voucher We will cover the postage cost of the new harness for UK residents only.
