Our Cane Rum is distilled from pure cane syrup and raw sugar cane sourced from a small family grower. We use our custom fabricated pot still to produce a smooth, silky, and refined rum. The complex sweetness and subtle grassy, earthy undertones are perfect for classic cocktails such as Mojitos, Daiquiris, and Mai Tais. Agricole Style Dry Land Distillers Pure Cane Rum begins with raw sugar cane, fresh pressed cane syrup and rocky mountain water. The cane is pasteurized and quickly cooled prior to fermentation. The raw sugar cane gives our yeast lots of natural sugars and nutrients, resulting in a slow and steady fermentation (unlike most processed sugar or molasses rum). We complete a single distillation in our custom pot still to retain the delicious earthy, caramel notes rarely found in most highly processed rum. Our silver rum has a rich, toffee nose, a creamy mouthfeel, and incredible depth of flavor with hints of grass and earth from the raw cane.
