This decadent Pure Chocolate Extract is made from real cacao. Perfectly aged and ready to elevate your baking with rich, vibrant chocolate flavor. Pure Chocolate Extract will give your desserts a rich chocolate boost. Use it in puddings, ice cream and even add it to chocolate milk shakes! To make Pure Chocolate Extract, cacao nibs are crushed then soaked and steeped in grain alcohol to infuse the rich chocolate flavor. The infusion ages several months for the flavors and aromas to develop and intensify. The extraction is added to a base of pure vanilla extract to create an outstanding baking ingredient that's a must for all of your chocolate desserts. Here's a pastry chef secret: Pair up extracts.
