Unlike brewed coffee, this doesn’t water down your recipes — just amplifies the aroma and depth. Use it in: Baking/Cooking: chocolate recipes, coffee cake, coffee butter (eg. for steak), tiramisu, buttercream, whipped cream, iced cream, or to enrich chili or mole. Cocktails: espresso martinis, old fashioned, dark & stormy, and so much more! Guidelines: Substitute 1:1 for instant coffee and about 1 tsp. per shot of espresso. You can also add the coffee extract in addition to the instant coffee or espresso for a bolder flavour. For drinks, start with ¼ tsp. (half a cap) and build from there.
