Purity Pure Helles | 5.0% ABV | Vegan | GF Pure Helles is brewed following the Reinheitsgebot Purity Laws of 1516 to give a lager with a clean, refreshing, and bright appearance, b ut with that unmistakable Purity character. Our gluten-free beers are reduced to a threshold of less than 20 ppm (parts per million), which in the UK is regarded as gluten-free (not in Europe). Although brewed with glutenous cereal, to achieve gluten-free status, we add an enzyme (Brewers Clarex) during the conditioning of the beer.
