High carb - 90g per serve Unflavoured to minimise flavour fatigue High in electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium) Can be used as a sole source of fuel HASTA certified productINGREDIENTS: Cluster Dextrin™, Fructose, Mineral Salts (Sodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Lactate, Calcium Citrate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid). RECOMMENDED USE:450 ml - 750 ml per hour during extended exercise. DIRECTIONS: Mix contents of sachet / 5 level scoops with 250 ml of water and shake well. Add an additional 200 ml - 500 ml of water and shake well. Let sit for 10 minutes before use. Race Fuel can be mixed to your preferred consistency, however we recommend 750 ml.
