Turkey Tail is rich in B-glucans, a type of polysaccharide within the fungal cell walls that works to support the immune system. Turkey Tail has been used as a traditional medicine for thousands of years for improving liver and spleen function, removing toxins, increasing energy and spirit and enhancing the immune response.
