My cups were thrown on my potters wheel before being trimmed, the foot ring and handles attached. After drying slowly they were bisque fired to 1000°C. They are then hand painted w ith 6 layers of purple orbit and green glaze and refired to 1220°C. All my items are handmade by me in my pottery studio in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. No two are identical and are all perfectly imperfect, just as handmade should be. Each mug has the same theme but differences will occur due to the handmade nature. Show more
