The pretty tapestry on this 8" x 8" black denim purse, stitched by Sarah Kobusinge, features a colorful red and orange bird eating berries. The cheery red batik lining echos the co lors of the bird. Sarah lives in southern Uganda, in the diocese of Ruwenzori close to the Rwandan border – a particularly beautiful area known as the “Switzerland” of Uganda.
