The old method to replace it is to: Jack the tire in the air or remove it from the vehicle Break the bead on the tire or remove your bead lock ring Reach in to the back of the wheel to remove the broken valve stem Insert the replacement valve stem from the back of the wheel and pull it in place Reseat the tire or reinstall the beadlock ring Air back up to trail pressure This takes at least half an hour, assuming you have tools to break the bead in the first place and an air source powerful enough to reseat your tire bead when you're finished.
