Norben characters The Putterman's were created for Duracell Batteries ad campaign in 1996. Herb Putterman the father was one of four characters.Latex mask is in perfect condition. The blue vest is also in perfect condition. The PVC battery sewn into the vest will arrive to you warped creased, bent and cracked. It is still usable and will still look good. When on your body, it will round out more and you can stuff it. You can also try to hit it with a blow dryer to help reform if needed. One size fits most teens and adults. These are new but vintage items from 1996. The PVC batteries, were shipped damaged (from stacking) through out the USA & Canada in 1996. The should have made them out of latex or solid plastic.
