PVC-Lock® PVCL is a glue-free, push-fit coupling engineered for fast, reliable repairs and installations on lateral PVC irrigation lines. Designed to eliminate solvent cement and r educe install time, PVCL provides a clean, tool-free connection that seals under typical irrigation pressures. Push-and-Go design: 100% tool- and chemical-free installation that cuts traditional glue-and-cure time in half or more. Secure stainless-steel retainer: Patent-pending retaining system uses stainless-steel teeth plus an O-ring to lock pipe in place for a leak-resistant joint. 360° swivel: Fitted couplings can rotate on the pipe after install for fast sprinkler head orientation and alignment. Compatible with Schedule 40/80: Works with all major brands and classes of Schedule 40 and 80 PVC and Class PVC pipe. Removable & reusable: On-site sizing adjustments are simple using the PVC-Lock removal tool—no cutting or recementing required.
