ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is the eldest son of St. Aubin’s Marc Colin and his wife, Caroline Morey, descends from the famed Morey family of Chassagne. While both are offspring of legendary Burgundian vignerons and have inherited prestigious vineyard holdings, they have each earned stellar reputations through adherence to minimalistic winemaking, including using only indigenous yeasts, fermenting and aging their wines in larger demi-muid barrels and using no battonnage during aging.
