Pyrethrins degrade rapidly in sunlight, so thorough coverage and direct contact with insects are important for best performance. Begin spraying when insects first appear; do not wait until plants are heavily infested. Dilute 1 to 1.4 fl. oz. of PyGanic Gardening per gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For larger gardens, apply 16 to 59 fl. oz. per acre by ground in sufficient water for thorough coverage. Do not exceed 1.4 fl. oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. or 59 fl. oz. per acre. Do not apply during rain, when windy, or to the point of runoff. Allow sprays to dry before adults, children, or pets enter treated areas.
