I mean.... I don't know if you can get cuter of an insect than a lantern-fly.Pyrops spinolae is a species of planthopper sometimes referred to as the dark-horned lantern-fly. The s pecies is named after Maximilian Spinola, the authority for the genus.Pyrops is a genus of large, long-snouted and often colorful planthoppers commonly known as "lanternflies" that occur throughout the Indomalayan region. Nearly 70 species are described, but only about a third of these occur in continental Asia. The majority of species are insular endemics, found only on specific islands and often with very narrow distribution patterns. This buggy is found from India to Indochina.Encased in a black plastic float frame with elasticity film which allows you to easily see both sides of the mantis. The plastic film allows you to better see the physical characteristics of your critter while keeping them safe. You can open the frame but it might damage your new insect friend.
