TTN personally reviews and submits every order manually to our vendors. If a vendor’s price or availability changes when we go to place your order, TTN will reach out before moving forward. If something is discontinued or backordered, we’ll do our best to get you back in motion with an alternative — even if that means pointing you to a trusted option outside the TTN shop so you can order it directly. If the vendor’s price has decreased, we automatically pass those savings on to you. Shipping Review & Adjustments Product shipping costs vary widely by size, weight, vendor, and destination. TTN applies a standard shipping fee of $19.99 at checkout. If your order exceeds that amount due to vendor shipping costs, TTN will review the order and provide a custom shipping quote for approval before processing. If actual shipping costs come in below the standard fee, those savings are also passed back to you. Returns & Refunds All returns must be approved by TTN.
