This plate attaches to a standard Safariland QLS Fork. This QLS Fork is not included or sold separately by Unobtainium Gear. We offer two variants, a 2x2 (two rows by two columns of MOLLE mounting space), and a wider 3x2 (three columns by two rows of space). SLEDS M4/AR Pouch attached to the 2 MOLLE Column QLS Fork Adapter Plate Mounting hardware and spacers for attachment to the Safariland QLS Fork are included. Threadlocker is not included but we recommend applying it during installation.
