Q Quartomoro, Brut Classic method Created for the first time in 2009, when Pier. and Luciana “played” at creating a sparkling wine, inspired by a curiosity to see, feel, and taste a traditional Sardinian grape with bubbles. Toying with secondary fermentation in the bottle was so enjoyable and satisfying that they decided to continue. In amongst various positive and negative experiences, they found that the manual skill required in the disgorging process almost defeated them, however the hard work and difficulty were rewarded by a beverage which, after aging for 18 months, embodies emotion and well-being.
