The QRD-Fuser (Quadratic Residue Diffuser) is based on a classic design and has become the standard for many high-end studios and listening rooms around the world. This particular design is calculated to provide scattering between 390Hz - 3.3KHz and has a minimum effective range (from sound source) of 1.3m suitable for smaller rooms. The wells are calculated at varying depths which cause a number of phase shifts, breaking up the sound-waves to create a more controlled listening environment.
