This part will only fit the Quantum sport kite (both 2.0 and the older standard version), so make sure this is your model before ordering! The lower spreaders connect the leading e dges of the kite to the spine and allow the standoffs to tension the sail. With tricks like The Flapjack, Lazy Susan and Jacob's Ladder, it's no surprise that flyers crack up these spars the most.
