To thaw your frozen food: Remove the desired number of quails from the packaging and place them into a ziplock bag, removing as much air before sealing it. Place the ziplock bag into a heat proof container big enough to hold the food as well as enough water to completely cover it. The fill the container with warm water. Leave the container & food to stand for as long as need be to ensure the food is defrosted. Just prior to removal, replace the water with hot water to bring the food to above room temperature.
